Terms of Service

Effective October 26, 2026

These terms apply to your use of iceboxeats.com and to catering and meal prep orders placed with Icebox Eats LLC ("Icebox Eats," "we," "us"). By placing an order or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms.

Catering inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Quotes are based on the details you provide and may change if headcount, menu, location, or service needs change.

Deposits, final details, and payment

• For catering orders of $300 or more, a $100 deposit holds your date.
• Final headcount and invoice payment are due 10 days before your event. We understand plans change and will do our best to be flexible when we can.
• Invoices are sent and paid through our online invoicing system.
• Cancellations are handled case by case. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.

Meal prep and online orders

Online orders are subject to the menu, pricing, order cutoffs, and delivery or pickup windows shown at checkout.

Allergies and dietary needs

We are happy to accommodate dietary needs, including gluten-free and dairy-free requests. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. Please tell us about any allergies when you order. Guests with severe allergies should use their own judgment.

Food safety

For best quality and safety, keep cold food refrigerated and serve hot food promptly. Once food is delivered or picked up, its handling and storage is the customer's responsibility.

Delivery and setup

Please provide accurate delivery details, including access instructions, stairs, parking, and the on-site contact. Delays caused by inaccurate information or site access are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Icebox Eats' liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
